5 DIY Halloween Costumes for Your Pet

It’s time to kick off the holiday season with some trick-or-treating fun! As you’re planning Halloween costumes for your kids, don’t leave your four-legged family members out of the fun! Keep reading for some of our favorite pet costumes for Halloween!

But first, a word of caution. Some pets may be stressed by wearing a costume, so only put your cat or dog in a costume if you know he or she isn’t bothered by it. Be sure costumes do not limit your pet’s movement, sight or ability to breathe, bark or meow. It’s also important to check the costume for any small parts that may present a choking hazard. (For more Halloween safety tips for pets, read here.)
